Clarion Foster Care

Clarion Fostering is an Independent Fostering Agency and is part of the Clarion Agency Ltd. – established in 1997 and based in Hackney, East London. It has a Board of Directors who manage the Company and who are also the owners.

We offer:

• Foster carers in Central London.
• Afro-Caribbean, African, White UK and Vietnamese Carers
• Fostering placements for up to 80 children and young people in 55 caring families.
• Treatment Fostering Placements for very challenging young people
• A Leaving Care Project – supported lodgings house in Woolwich SE18.

Sympathetic Care for Disadvantaged Children

The children and young people we look after are aged 0 to 17. The service will seek to provide placements that meet the needs of all children taking special account of account their race, culture, ethnic origin, religion, sexuality and any disability.

Clarion specialises in children and young people who have had difficulties in their lives or who have special needs that can cause them to have emotional, learning and or behavioural problems. We seek to use our carers and multi disciplinary team to make our placements purposeful and help our children and young people move on in their lives and achieve educationally, socially and emotionally.
